**Job Description**:
Position Purpose

Responsible for the daily and long-term advisory and support of software and other related IT assets within the organization.

Specializes in requirements gathering, analysis, design, implementation, maintenance and support of the IT devices that he/she supports. Coordinate communications to be sent to end users, business contacts and IT teams to ensure the daily operations are performed or requests are fulfilled as intended and that process enhancements are being delivered as expected to the management approval before delivering to the stakeholders involved.

Assess, reconciles, and executes vendor management, procurement related information and software license compliance, including the management and operation of the related IT asset tools, as well as manages and operates other IT asset lists and counts.

Drives development of asset optimization strategies and agrees with relevant IT Management

- Number of Countries: 60+
- Number of Locations: 500+

Major/Key Accountabilities

Governance support
- Partners closely with Global IT Functional Tower and Outsourced Tower leads to support operation of governance processes and tools, performance metrics and improvement of operational support processes and services
- Collaborates with internal and external teams to deliver required IT AM services
- Partners with vendors or outsourcers to progress the goals and objectives of the services provided
- Support on reviewing charges, audit billings, and allocation of costs across the enterprise
- Responsible for quality assurance, proposing and reviewing service level agreements/key performance indicators, and ensuring service quality
- Assists on price changes review and amendments to vendor agreements
- Ensures that implementations and on-going services are delivered on time, and meet enterprise requirements by maintaining tight controls over project schedules, risks, scope of work and budget
- Provides regular feedback and communication between the enterprise, procurement and the vendors if needed

Asset Management:

- Responsible for ensuring a right support on the daily and long-term strategic management of software and hardware assets within the organization
- Reviewing, monitoring, and recording software license and/or hardware assets to ensure compliance with vendor contracts and agreed measures
- Oversight on periodic Software and Hardware audits and providing guidance to Application Owners on inventory management
- Assists in dealing with procurement for the IT software requests across the organization
- Delivers IT configuration management, process management and operational requests

Process Lead:

- Conducting software usage end user surveys and assessing usage reviews
- Aims for process efficiency with partner organisations and within wider function

Operational Management:

- Assists area manager, Procurement and IT Finance with the allocation of procured charges to different business units

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or related Engineering program or equivalent experience and IT area related experience from at least 4-5 years

Experience
- IT, PM and ITSM knowledge.
- Software licensing and contracts is a must

Skills and Knowledge
- Advanced support process knowledge (as per ITIL) and escalation procedures
- Project management certifications or equivalent experience
- Experience and knowledge with support tools that will be used to provide effective support, like SCCM, PowerBI, SAP monitoring, IT monitoring tools, Software Asset Management tools or ServiceNow required

Essential: English
