**About the Role**:
Reportando al Line Coach de BOS, este rol proporcionará coaching inicial y continuo a los Superintendentes, Supervisores, Mantenedores y Operadores en la aplicación de las herramientas y métodos BOS, y trabajará para asegurar la integración de esta nueva forma de trabajo.

Mejorará las habilidades de resolución de problemas de todos los miembros de la fuerza laboral y apoyará a la primera línea y a los líderes para desarrollar y mantener nuevas formas de trabajo. Participará en la implementación de mejoras sistemáticas y será fundamental para la difusión de la práctica operativa en nuestro negocio.

Utilizará enfoques, herramientas y tecnología innovadoras para agregar valor real a nuestros activos, estableciendo nuevos estándares para guiar la actividad de mejora, elevando y apoyando a nuestra gente. Obtendrá información y capacitación en la metodología BOS y se espera que contribuya y desarrolle a otros a través de su trabajo.

**Las entregas claves de este rol son**:

- Herramientas BOS integradas entre la primera línea y los distintos níveles de la organización.- Mejoras continuas en Seguridad, Productividad, Cultura, Costos, Personas, Salud, etc.
- Procesamiento de datos maestros alineadas con las herramientas BOS;
- Informes de progreso en la implementación y otras herramientas de BOS; foco en estandarización.
- Desarrollo del plan de proyecto de implementación/sustain y seguimiento de adherencia de planes.
- Apoyo a la línea en la captura de valor para el negocio.
- Generación y diseño de material visual e interactivo BOS. Recepción de materiales asociados.
- Apoyo en la instalación de material visual e interactivo BOS en infraestructura del Site.

**About You**:
Estamos buscando personas que posean conocimiento de negocio, demuestren excelencia en el liderazgo en el día a día, que sean innovadores con un sesgo a la acción, influyan efectivamente en los demás y tengan una gran capacidad para desarrollar capacidades en otros y liderar el cambio.

**Para tener éxito, deberá demostrar lo siguiente**:

- Fuertes habilidades de análisis de causa raíz y resolución de problemas con un enfoque colaborativo para encontrar soluciones prácticas;
- Capacidad para comprender y gestionar los sistemas de procesamiento de datos
- Alta tolerancia a la frustración y manejo de técnicas de coaching/mentoring.
- Capacidad para comprometer a todos los níveles del negocio, desde empleados de primera línea hasta gerentes de nível superior;
- Experiência en la industria minera en el sitio.
- La experiência con metodologías/herramientas Lean Management, Kaisen, CI, etc. es deseable.
