Como** Sr. Associate Customer Marketing** en SC Johnson vas a tener la oportunidad de llevar adelante en conjunto con tu equipo el plan operativo de Trade Marketing. Darás soporte en el análisis competitivo y de mercado de las marcas de la categoría como así también llevarás adelante la gestión operativa en los puntos de venta en todos los canales. Este rol tiene scope para Chile la definición de estrategias de las marcas, y local para la ejecución.

**PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES**
- Tendrá contacto directo con nuestro Equipo de Marketing del Cluster.
- Entender las estrategias de nuestras marcas, a corto y a largo plazo.
- Creará campañas de activación de sus marcas, medirás su impacto en el negocio.
- Manejarás el presupuesto de Promociones y Trade Spending de tus categorías.
- Coordinarás la dirección a Ventas de los planes de ejecución para cada Canal.
- Ejecutar el plan de Marketing aplicado a canales y clientes (dinámicas comerciales, packs, activaciones, material POP) para conseguir los objetivos de la categoría:

- Volumen
- Participación de mercado
- KPIs financieros
- Analizar información de Mercado y competencia para los canales/clientes (Participaciones de mercado, distribución, rotación, precios, etc).
- Administrar el presupuesto de las categorías asignadas (Trade spending & Promotions).
- Manejar los volúmenes y forecasts de las categorías asignadas a través del análisis de sell in, sell out, inventarios, estacionalidad y planes comerciales.
- Liderar los trade narratives de las categorías con los clientes clave.
- Desarrollar planes de lanzamiento para nuevos productos en todos los canales.
- Coordinar en el cluster la correcta implementación del plan comercial alienado a las prioridades.

**REQUERIMIENTOS**
- Graduado de ingeniería comercial, Ingeniero Civil Industrial o carrera afín al área.
- Mínimamente 3 años de experiência en un área Customer/Trade marketing o Experiência en consumo masivo o afines. Preferentemente como Analista Senior o Coordinador Junior.
- Manejo de Excel Avanzado (Excluyente).
- Manejo de Bases de datos y Nielsen (No Excluyente)
- Inglés Intermedio/ Avanzado (Excluyente).
- Capacidad de análisis y relacionamiento.
