Principal, una de las Compañías más innovadoras de Chile según MIC innovation 2021, se encuentra en la búsqueda de un** Head of Innovation** Latam (Chile-México)**. Su principal misión será potenciar el proceso de innovación en la compañía a través del desarrollo del programa de innovación interna y aumentar la colaboración con el ecosistema emprendedor de la región.

**¿Qué buscamos?**

Nuestra búsqueda está orientada profesionales que se encuentren **insertos en el mercado laboral hace cinco años** como mínimo, con **al menos **dos** de ellos desenvolviéndose en el área de innovación **desarrollando e implementando proyectos de mejora en sus organizaciones.

**Sus principales funciones serán**:

- Responsable de buscar, crear, desarrollar y dirigir ideas u proyectos que tengan impacto cultural y empresarial, actuando como facilitador, creando estructuras y procesos para que la innovación se lleve a cabo en toda la organización. En forma paralela es promotor, especialmente en el ámbito de la cultura, trabajando para persuadir y difundir el conocimiento necesario de la innovación.
- Crear, mantener y promover el proceso de innovación ágil en todos los níveles de la empresa.
- Explorar diversas fuentes de innovación, realizar talleres de intercambio de ideas, utilizando herramientas de innovación para obtener ideas de todas estas actividades. También puede colaborar con esfuerzos de innovación abierta.
- Establecer métricas para medir la innovación.
**Debes tener**:

- Un nível de **inglés intermedio **-** avanzado** **(oral y escrito) te tocará presentar y preparar documentación en inglés, excluyente.
- Manejo de herramientas **Office a nível intermedio**, excluyente.
- Conocimiento y experiência en procesos de Design Thinking, Lean Startup, Agile y otras metodologías de innovación (altamente valorado).
