**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Implement and monitor the Air Freight strategy in the country, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Drive profitable growth in market share and promote the utilization of digital solutions.
- Ensure effective end-to-end operations, implementing the "One File, One Operator" principle.
- Manage and optimize air freight capacity and negotiate key contracts with carriers and local vendors.
- Establish, communicate, and monitor KPIs to ensure continuous improvement in capacity management.
- Oversee pricing strategies to maintain competitiveness in the market.
- Support sales teams in client interactions to ensure service quality and satisfaction.
- Identify and implement new product opportunities within the country.

**Professional Profile**:

- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in similar roles within the logistics or air freight industry.
- Education: Degree in Engineering, Foreign Trade, or related fields.
- Language Skills: Proficient in English (spoken and written).
- Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of MS Office, Cargo Wise, customs processes, and international regulations for air freight.
