**Role Summary**:
The primary function of the PLANNING SUPERVISOR - PUMPS involves coordinating the entire backlog to meet customer deliveries. Including internal resources, external supplies and subcontracted FLS teams.

The associate will report daily to all parties involved on the progress of the backlog and ensure that there is a proper manufacturing schedule for all Projects. He/she will ensure and facilitate the bidding process by placing any potential orders and facilitating the best possible LT. The associate will seek to maintain the best level of production output in the plant, having direct responsibility for absorption.

The PLANNING SUPERVISOR - PUMPS coordinates with marketing, engineering, purchasing, sales and manufacturing to ensure all customer expectations are met.

**Responsibilities & Requirements**: - Is the consolidated point of contact for addressing, reporting and servicing repair, upgrade, original parts and manufacturing needs. Ensure that feedback on the current status of each project in the plant is delivered to all stakeholders on a daily basis
- Works towards 100% production output by leveraging resources and machines, coordinating with departmental managers to properly schedule daily production, but forecasting production up to three months in advance
- Work to eradicate the Past Due Backlog of QRC Buenos Aires Pumps.
- Support and maintain weekly Sales and Operations planning and forecasting, supporting management in decision making in order to meet production and financial goals
- Proactively flag projects, supplies and subcontracted materials through the appropriate channels within the Organization and to daily accountability meetings
- Continuous Improvement initiatives related to increasing the productivity of our employees. Identify production bottlenecks and resolve them through CIP methodology.
- Drive, inspire and align the team towards high performance by leading by example in a rigorous commitment to specific KPIs, setting and communicating individual and departmental goals and objectives aligned with QRC management.

**Preferred Experience / Skills**: 3-5 years of experience in machining and assembly of engineered components, including management and accountability for profit and growth in a service center or field service business.
- Working experience on rotating equipment.
- Engineering or Industrial Technical degree background.
- Additional knowledge of other FLS products (valves and actuation, etc.).
- Proficient in local language and English. Good oral and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office package. Excel, MS Project.
- Knowledge of Quality Management - ISO 9001
- Strong knowledge of Lean principles and self-initiative mentality to apply, promote and deploy KAIZEN projects in the cell. Ability to communicate with best practices of Regional Organizations.
- Green Belt certification is desirable.
- Leadership and people development skills.
