**Workday - 32 hours a month - 1 time a week**

**Main Responsibilities**

Ensure that JPMorgan Chile complies with all Chilean and Carabineros de Chile laws and regulations regarding bank security.

Complete all security related documentation due to Chilean authorities in an accurate and timely manner.

Ensure that the firearm used by private security guards is kept in safe operating condition and receives the necessary maintenance.

Ensure that alarm systems are regularly tested as required by regulation and that required documentation is completed

Arrange alarm maintenance as needed

Ensure that security guards and private guards receive periodic certification as required by regulation.

Manage and monitor accreditation compliance with OS10

Collaborate with executive visits

Collaborate with Security Assessment upon request

**Requirements**:

- Technical grade
- MS Office skills (Office, Outlook, Explorer)
- English (average comprehension, reading and correction)
- A minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Additional professional suitability for the position.
- In addition to demonstrating to the corresponding supervisory authority compliance with the general requirements for natural persons and complying with the special requirements to be a private security guard, as appropriate, security chiefs must prove that they are qualified to perform as such, through of the following documentation.
- Private security diploma equal to or greater than 400 academic hours, taught by a higher education establishment or a technical training organization.
- For these purposes, the applicant will be recognized for the hours of preparation that he has in attention to different private security courses, for example: 100 hours of the training course to be a private security guard, 90 hours of the training course to be a security guard, 120 hours of private security supervisor training course, and other private security courses totaling 400 hours or more.
- Minimum seniority of 2 years in related positions.

- Supreme Decree (DS) No. 1,122, of 1998.
- Supreme Decree (DS) No. 867, of 2017.
- Exempt Decree No. 261, of 2020, of the Ministry of the Interior and Public Security, of the Undersecretary of the Interior, which approves the Operational Manual on Private Security Matters.
