- Realizar tareas de pie
No se necesita que el trabajador permanezca de pie toda la jornada
- Realizar tareas sentado
Se necesita que el trabajador pueda permanecer sentado entre un 20% y un 70% de la jornada laboral, aunque puede realizar cambios posturales con cierta frecuencia (como una secretaria)
- Desplazarse para realizar las tareas
Se necesita que el trabajador pueda desplazarse dentro de edificios, con o sin ayuda técnica (silla, bastón, prótesis u otro)
- Realizar actividades en diferentes níveles (pisos)
Se necesita que el trabajador pueda esporádicamente (hasta un 20% de la jornada laboral) trasladarse de un piso a otro para el desarrollo de ciertas tareas. Lo puede realizar con ayuda de pasamanos y/o bastones si la persona lo necesita, en tramos cortos sin implicar rapidez (como un profesor que va a impartir su clase en salas ubicadas en distintos pisos)
- Alcanzar y coger objetos en diferentes alturas
Se necesita que el trabajador logre alcanzar y coger objetos bajo el nível de su hombro, sentado o de pie (como objetos sobre un escritorio)
- Uso herramientas/ objetos pequeños
Se necesita que el trabajador logre realizar actividades con herramientas/objetos pequeños, que no requieren de precisión (como levantar el teléfono, accionar un interruptor)
- Tareas que demandan visión del trabajador para la ejecución
Se permiten trabajadores con visión parcial, pero que puedan usar implementos tecnológicos (como un operador de call center que cuenta con lector de pantalla)
- Capacidad auditiva
Se permiten trabajadores con buena percepción y discriminación de sonidos en cualquier ambiente sonoro, como la necesaria para seguir una conversación en medio de ambiente ruidoso
- Comunicarse en el trabajo
Se necesita trabajador que se comunique en forma verbal, de manera fluida (como un operador telefónico)
- Leer y escribir para el desarrollo de tareas
Se necesita Lecto-escritura de alto nível, comprende instrucciones o formularios y entrega información por medio escrito, incluyendo leer y escribir desde el computador para informarse y elaborar documentos, correos electrónicos u otros afines

Se necesitan trabajadores que no presenten problemas de flexibilidad
