**Main Purpose**
- Lead the development of the plant nutrition strategy in an Integral way with the Crop protection portfolio and its associated services. Search and development of third party suppliers of plant nutrition products.

**Your mission will be to**
- Relationship with the regional managers of Bayer plant nutrition products.
- Responsible for the budget and strategy of the plant nutrition portfolio Lead the implementation of Vegetal nutrition strategy with Chile's Sales team and share with Souther cone region the strategy to integrate with them the new business opportunities.
- Search and build a relationship with suppliers for the plant nutrition portfolio.
- Interaction with the global head in Biologics and Plan nutrition to build the strategy of portfolio and potential new alliances with third parties.
- Elaborate strategies and make business with the distributors in Chile, be in charge of business with the main exporters and growers in Chile.

- Plant nutrition market knowledge
- Postgraduate in mktg or sales
