Junior Bookkeeper

We are an Amazon **e-commerce** business, working with this industry for 10+ years, having a team of 18 people worldwide. We do not produce our own products and we do not do marketing. We work in a unique way, more similar to trading, different from many eCommerce companies. We organize processes, so we can make a profit by being more efficient in shipping, logistics, and timing to get the best market prices for our products.

Our business is of Research, Data mining, and understanding margins and returns. We thrive when our processes are followed to the letter and the work from everyone on the team is synchronized to produce lower costs, better purchasing decisions, and fast delivery of products.

Now we are hiring a new **Junior Bookkeeper** to join our friendly team.
- Have a C1-C2 level of English and Spanish B2
- Be an experienced Excel, Google Sheet user
- Be flexible
- Have strong self-management and multitasking skills
- Be a detailed and goal-oriented person
- Perform advanced numerical thinking skills
- Respect and meet the deadlines
- experience in using accounting softwares is a plus.

**A big advantage will be if you**:

- Have a BSc in Accounting, Finance or a relevant degree
- Know how to use accounting related softwares

**As a part of the company, you will have a number of diverse tasks such as**:

- Data entry
- Bank reconciliation
- Communication with suppliers in order to receive invoices for all transactions, find missing invoices, get suppliers to correct wrong invoices
- Comply with international financial standards
- Reconciliation of accounts payable and receivables
- Assist fellow Bookkeeper, Financial controller and CFO in essential l monthly reporting and preparation for Management..

The job is full time; however, the working hours are flexible. Initially, 2-3 hours per day need to correspond with 09:00 - 17:00 (GMT+2)
