**Investment Analyst**
Research and write reports on prospective crops and regions being considered for investment. Prepare financial models in Excel that project the performance of prospective investments and internal appraisals including analysis of comparable sales data.

**Key Responsibilities and Duties**
- Review budgets prepared by on-site mangers, translate them into the NNC chart of accounts, and input the data into the WGIM accounting system.
- Support the EVP in the management of the Horticultural Asset portfolio.
- Generate reports from the NNC accounting system as needed.
- Process property billings and submit to accounting.
- Assist in the preparation of property redevelopment financial models.
- Assist in the preparation of Property Disposition Proposals.
- Assist in the preparation of Capital Investment Proposals.
- Maintain and insure the accuracy of all the databases used by the Horticultural Assets investment team.
- Support the EVP, VPs and Investment Managers in the evaluation of prospective acquisitions.
- Support the VPs and Investment Managers in the management of their properties.

**Educational Requirements**
- University (Degree) Preferred
