Buscamos un(a) **Research Analyst** para avanzar en el siguiente paso de su carrera profesional.

Principales funciones:

- Analizar las **tendencias del mercado**, reflejando los hallazgos en presentaciones e informes periódicos dirigidos a cliente externos e interno.
- Revisar y evaluar los resultados de los datos recopilados por él área, garantizando la **precisión de la información **y el óptimo nível de **análisis de la investigación**.
- Recopilación de datos mediante **visitas a terreno** de diferentes activos distribuidos en la región metropolitana.
- Participación en **proyectos de investigación** para clientes externos e internos.
- Mantención de bases de **datos actualizadas**, coordinando y revisando información proveniente de terceros.
- Analizar datos y **generar resultados **que posiciones a CBRE como **lideres de la industria.**

Requisitos deseados:

- Profesional graduado en Arquitectura, Ingeniería Comercial, Geografía o carrera afín
- Contar con al menos 1 año de experiência en análisis de datos
- Experiência / Conocimiento en normativas de construcción, plus*
- Experiência con herramientas de análisis de datos: Power BI, R y Python, Tebleau
- Dominio de inglés, plus*
- Habilidades analíticas y cuantitativas avanzadas
