Head Chef

**Description**:

- PROOVE is a dynamic, and quality driven pizza brand, with the goal of serving the best wood fired pizzas, with the best ingredients and with the best service.
- We now have a role available for a Head Chef at our Hertford Restaurant to help us not only shape our pizzas but our business moving forward as we grow.
- Experience of Neapolitan pizza is preferred but not a prerequisite. A natural leader you will have the ability to manage a team and bring them with you on the journey. You will be provided with all the training you need to be successful in your role allowing you to learn our menu, methods and provide in depth knowledge about how to produce our product to the highest of standards. This will include all aspects of our menu, including our Street Food, Pizzas, Desserts and Breads.
