Working on many different aspects of the customer experience, our Principal Salesforce Engineers research and discover new opportunities and shape products to fulfill them. From inception to completion, you will develop tools and technology, learning quickly from our spirit of experimentation. You will have a direct impact on improving the performance of our business.

Responsibilities of the role:

- You will provide our client with an optimal and seamless Salesforce experience.
- You will be fully versed in modern DevOps best practices including CI/CD to utilize automated pipelines to deploy to multiple Salesforce sandboxes and production.
- You will also stay on top of Salesforce and industry trends and best practices to continuously improve what we do and ensure our customer experience is the best it can be.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Decision Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent alternative education, skills, and/or practical experience is required.
- Certification: Both Salesforce Admin and Developer Certifications preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce Managed Packages
- Experience with Apex and Lightning frameworks
- Experience with an API first design paradigm and cloud based hosting
- Experience with Salesforce customization and administration
- Experience with DX
- Experience using Splunk
- Experience with.NET, Azure platform, and ADO is a plus
- Experience working with and utilizing DevOps practices.
- Experience with agile development teams and practices.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills. Proven skills and experience mentoring internal and external team members is expected.
