Our Sales and Account Management teams are on the frontline introducing restaurant partners to Uber Eats and partnering with restaurants to grow our businesses together.

**About the Role**:
As a Sr. Key Account Manager, you will grow existing partnerships and build new relationships (business development) by acting as a strategic partner for our clients. Crafting JBPs, strategic initiatives, and innovative sales strategies to achieve Uber Eats' Sales Goals. In addition, you'll responsible for the accurate account management between our operations teams and our partners.

**What You'll Do**:

- Leverage prospecting skills and relationships to build partnerships with CPGs and Uber Eats
- Prepare Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews with our Partners. Follow up of Joint-Business-Plans growth goals
- Achieve and consistently exceed monthly targets
- Partner with our Operations team and Account Managers to efficiently activate the CPGs clients
- Generate specific plans to improve the attachment rate, increase sales and assure the most efficient operation between Uber Eats and our partner’s omnichannel teams
- Implement special projects that improve the value proposition we offer to our customers

**What You'll Need**:

- At least 3+ years of consistent track record in sales or trade marketing, mainly in mass consumption companies and/or retailers
- Analytical skills, being able to understand the problem and implement the right solution
- Phenomenal English Proficiency
- Sophisticated Excel skills (pivot tables)
- Story-telling and presentation skills
- Be able to work remotely with teams from other countries
- Team player & work under pressure
