**Responsibilities**:

- Grid Integration, support customers in creating stronger, smarter and greener grids adapted to meet the needs of the changing power landscape. Our system solutions are designed and delivered to provide the highest lifecycle value with the lowest risk.
- Be responsible for the process set-up for inbound and outbound logistic, make sure the team meet the safety and operational targets.
- Manage the necessary documentation and online forms for the efficient, cost-effective and lawful execution of all import/export activities.
- Prepares and updates monthly logistics schedule.
- Provides logistics support for procurement team, supporting peers development by sharing knowledge and best practices with peers and managers.
- Act as an interface between TT&L suppliers and other relevant departments on trade and logistic processes. Work closely with colleagues in Supply Chain to ensure the realization of a seamless supply chain.
- Share with colleagues as appropriate, personal knowledge of all relevant import/export law and procedures; tariffs and duties; licenses and restrictions.
- Understand customs procedures, ensure the import/export declarations are correctly made and carry out reporting to ensure compliance with process.
- Support Accounts Payable for freight payment reconciliation.
- Prepare KPI reports and updates as and when required and management savings report.
- Maintain local transport market knowledge including port and airport operations as well as relevant restrictions and regulations.
- Ensure compliance to company guidelines, procedures and guidance during TT&L negotiations and contracts award process.
- Ensure all records are maintained and archived correctly
- Monitor TT&L suppliers performance, report of the non-conformances, drive corrective actions where needed.
- Monitor and advise on any market issues which present risk or opportunity to the organization.
- Conduct all activities in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Adapts corporate contractual framework to the local business needs and recommends new agreements to improve TT&L activities efficiency.

Your background
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business administration or similiar.
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience working in trade, transport and logistics around services and
- strategic sourcing in a company.
- Language: Good written and spoken English is considered as a plus
- Know how to work with freight forwarders and transport providers.
- Strong knowledge of Chile Export and Import controls and laws.
- Communicative person who enjoys working with people from various business areas and parts of the world
- Ability to work independently with a sense of urgency.
- Decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Time management and organization skills.
