**DESCRIPCIÓN**:
Funciones: ? Liderar el equipo de Desarrollo desde un punto de vista técnico. ? Tomar propiedad del diseño y arquitectura de la aplicación de tal forma que se extensible, mantenible y escalable. ? Asistir a los demás ingenieros del squad para evitar estancamientos en problemas de implementación. ? Trabajar en el squad de plataformas modulares desarrollando funcionalidades que pueden involucrar tanto Frontend como Backend. ? Manejar las mejores prácticas de implementación y testeo de código. ? Participar de las sprint meetings y retrospectivas de forma activa. ? Participar del proceso de ?shaping de soluciones? aportando una visión técnica a las discusiones, velando por la implementación rápida de soluciones sin descuidar la salud del proyecto. ? Cuestionar los requisitos de negocio y diseño en pos de agilizar el desarrollo. ? Entender al usuario final y cuidar la usabilidad de nuestro producto al momento de programar.
