**Principales Funciones**:

- Facilitar capacitaciones de producto, servicio al cliente y habilidades comerciales
- Diseño, coordinación e implementación de programas de entrenamiento
- Crear y adaptar contenido técnico para las capacitaciones
- Realizar análisis de necesidades de capacitación
- Manejo y seguimiento de KPI’s de capacitación
- Elaboración de reportes de capacitación
- Producción de eventos de entrenamiento
- Realizar visitas de supervisión y entrenamiento a puntos de venta
- Apoyo en otras funciones requeridas por el área

**Requisitos**:

- Estudios técnicos o universitarios. Carreras relacionadas con marketing, ing. Comercial, administración de empresa
- Experiência mínima de 1 año en el sector Retail
- Experiência mínima de 1 año en procesos de capacitación, facilitación de talleres y/o diseño de programas educativos
- Dominio de Paquete Office a nível intermedio (Word, Excel y Power Point)
- Dominio de idioma inglés a nível básico
