Como Ingeniero de SRE, serás responsable de garantizar la confiabilidad, disponibilidad y escalabilidad de nuestra infraestructura en la nube. Trabajarás estrechamente con equipos de desarrollo y operaciones para implementar y mantener prácticas de ingeniería de confiabilidad de sitios, automatización de operaciones y resolución de problemas.
Funciones principales Diseñar, implementar y mantener infraestructuras altamente disponibles y escalables en Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) utilizando mejores prácticas de Site Reliability Engineering (SRE). Desarrollar y mantener pipelines de CI/CD para la automatización de implementaciones en la nube. Colaborar con equipos de desarrollo para optimizar el rendimiento y la confiabilidad de las aplicaciones en entornos de producción. Implementar y mantener monitoreo y alertas proactivas para identificar y solucionar problemas de manera eficiente. Utilizar Terraform para gestionar la infraestructura como código (IaC) y garantizar la reproducibilidad y consistencia del entorno. Participar en la planificación y ejecución de pruebas de recuperación ante desastres y estrategias de mitigación de riesgos, además del despliegue de ambientes de test y/o sandbox. Investigar nuevas tecnologías y herramientas para mejorar continuamente la infraestructura y los procesos de operaciones en la nube. Colaborar con equipos multidisciplinarios para resolver problemas complejos de infraestructura y aplicaciones.

**Requisitos**:
Experiência sólida en la administración de sistemas y operaciones en la nube, particularmente en entornos basados en GKE. Profundo conocimiento de Kubernetes y experiência práctica en su implementación y operación. Experiência en la implementación y mantenimiento de infraestructura como código (IaC) utilizando Terraform. Fuertes habilidades de scripting y automatización utilizando herramientas como Bash, Python, o herramientas similares. Capacidad para trabajar de manera colaborativa en un entorno ágil, interactuando con equipos de desarrollo y operaciones. Excelentes habilidades de resolución de problemas y capacidad para priorizar tareas en entornos dinámicos. Gran capacidad de negociación, gestión y administración de requerimientos con clientes internos.
