**About the Role**:
The Principal Asset Expansion (Senior Organic Growth) Integration role is part of the newly created VP Asset Expansions and Permitting team, responsible for leading and driving critical activities to deliver the Minerals Americas Growth Ambition and integrating our expansion efforts across the region.
This role is designed to be a central node to support, develop content, and influence senior stakeholders to mobilise and meet the Ambition objectives. It will ultimately promote and drive the development of a “growth mindset” across the region to prepare it for the next wave of organic growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to progress and deliver our Growth Master Plan (GMP) initiatives and workstreams, through content development and coaching.- Lead implementation of the Portfolio Integration workstreams for the GMP, including development and implementation of the Portfolio Integration Model across priority organic growth programs in Minerals Americas.
- Development of key messaging, executive briefings and updates to senior stakeholders at Steering Committees, Leadership Teams, and Group Functions.
- Drive development of a strategic narrative for organic growth in the region, to communicate both internally at Performance Reviews and externally, such as at Investor Analysts roadshows.
- Implement integrated GMP rollout and reporting of progress, across Minerals Americas to support achieving the Growth Ambition.
- Develop and maintain a rolling GMP Scorecard for the region, including the cascading of scorecard metrics into team’s KPIs.
- Implement relevant integrated reporting and routines across Minerals Americas, to identify material interactions, risks, prioritization requirements, and trade-off decisions. This includes support of key committees, such as the Minerals Americas Leadership Team Growth Committee, and acting as coordinator and secretary to Growth Programs’ Steering Committees.
- Determines the underlying cause of problems and evaluates multiple solutions to ensure a planned and structured approach to solving complex problems.
**About You**:
- Strong commitment with Safety and Sustainability values
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant engineering discipline(s), commercial or related discipline.
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Structured thinking and superior communication skills (written, verbal and presentations)
- Proven influence skills and integrator leadership style
- Experience with senior stakeholder management and influencing
- Team integration experience, and particularly working in and with cross functional teams of teams
- High degree of business acumen and commercial skills, including strategic and portfolio thinking through planning cycle processes and similar
- Ideally, experience in project development, investment processes, and business value drivers
- High attention to detail
- Strong planning and multitasking aptitude
- Strong business delivery focus including capability with integration and cross functional stakeholder management
- Interpret and understand status on different areas, consolidating and ensuring consistency of information across the organisation
- Ability to integrate several team’s requirements and priorities, ensuring deliverables on time and with desired quality
- Ability to operate with mínimal supervision and high level of autonomy
