WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
As Ecommerce Business Manager you will own and drive the NDDC business results by bringing to life the NDDC product assortment, and by delivering a digital shopping experience in a way that puts the consumer at the center while driving revenue and profitability.
You will give consumers a compelling reason to buy and by constantly optimizing the consumer journey you will drive conversion. You will also manage the authoring and publishing of product and brand contents on timely manner as well as lead membership execution on the platform.
A proactive professional with knowledge in Chile’s digital marketplace.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
- Sets and owns the digital experience, integrating commerce and brand to deliver a solid core content offering
- Coordinate and create Launch plans for new products, creating distinction for our members.
- Monitor and manage to E2E member KPI’s - conversion, new members, buying members, monthly active users, annual order frequency, & retention
- Provide inputs to DSM team for future seasons planning, leveraging consumer insights and data analytics
- Drive weekly read/react recommendations & execution to improve sales, margin and conversion rate based on assessment of prior week performance, consumer and sport trends, analytical insights, & input from platform x-functional team
- Manage site merchandising activities, such as optimizing internal search, product grids, front-end tools, and top menu & left navigation, always focusing on the mobile experience to ensure all KPIs are reached
- Partner with the analytics team to review and analyze KPIs and revenue daily
- Provide weekly and seasonal recaps on what worked, didn't work and next steps from an analytics perspective as part of the seasonal hindsighting process
- Own the end-to-end planning & execution of commercial moments, such as Black Friday, Anniversary Week and Consumers Day.
- Provide content that is inspirational, enriching, insightful, and entertaining that connects the consumer with the brand
- Partner with local 3PL and global team members to enhance consumer journey & localize the experience where applicable
- Manage and support 3rd party solutions aimed at driving conversion, such as product reviews and fitting guide tools
- Review other shopping sites to evaluate digital merchandising/business strategies, tactics, and consumer experience in order to translate findings into actionable plans

WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?
Partner with x-functional areas such as DSM, Brand, IMP, Operations, Merchandising and Digital Products in order to execute global and local strategic priorities.
You will build partnerships, motivate and define objectives with teammates in Merchandising, Planning, Sales, Marketing, Consumer Services, OPS/Experience to deliver a premium online experience with various counterparts within Nike’s World Headquarters location to provide the best possible experience to our passionate consumers.
You will also lead the relationship and priorities with our full ecommerce operator.
WHAT YOU BRING TO NIKE
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in digital commerce, digital marketing, brand marketing, or related field
- Good analytics and business skills and experience of consolidating and analyzing data from multiple sources.
- Logical reasoning, troubleshooting and creative problem-solving skills.
- Strong focus on results and ability to take effective decision.
