**Description**:
Ser una extensión del equipo global de control de proyectos en Latinoamérica.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Seguimiento y control de avances de proyectos.
- Preparación de Programas líneas base y realizar actualizaciones respectivas.
- Controlar la línea base y generar indicadores que permitan conocer el desempeño del proyecto.
- Generar alertas necesarias para buscar medidas correctivas.
- Experiência en desarrollo de Programas Maestros (Todas sus Fases).
- Conocimiento de Análisis de Rango de programas.
- Conocimiento de Capex.
- Experiência en Gestion de Cambios.
- Preparación de reportes periódicos de progreso para Clientes internos y externos.
- Brindar reportes mensuales a y revisar los resultados con el PMCL y DPM.
- Asesorar a los PMCL, PM, PCS, clientes y subcontratistas en las mejores prácticas, procesos y procedimientos en control de proyectos, según se requiera.
- Revisión de costos a término de proyectos (Proceso EAC). Manejo de KPIs.
- Permanente control y análisis de avances, curvas, secuencias, ruta crítica y subcríticas.
- Trabajar de forma tal que salvaguarde su seguridad personal y la de sus colegas trabajadores siguiendo las políticas y prácticas de seguridad y salud de la compañía.
- Impulsar el uso de la metodología de gestión de proyectos de Stantec, uso de herramientas estándar (por ejemplo, Primavera P6 y EcoSys) y el involucramiento y compromiso de los PCS en los proyectos.
- Coordinar la disponibilidad y utilización del equipo de PCS y trabajar con los gerentes de línea de la operación para resolver problemas del grupo en forma oportuna.
- Preparar presentaciones para el cliente
- Cumplir con los roles y responsabilidades del PCS para los proyectos asignados.

**Qualifications**:
Educación mínima formal:

- Educación Universitaria: Ingeniería Civil, Gestión de Construcción o carreras afín.

Experiência:

- 10 años años experiência laboral general
- 10 años años de experiência específica en el área

Certificaciones:

- Certificación en Project Management Professional (PMP) o similar.

Conocimientos específicos y/o Formación:

- Manejo de plataformas EcoSys EPC (Planeamiento y control profesional)
- Manejo de plataforma Primavera P6

Habilidades o competencias requeridas para un buen desempeño en la posición:

- Buena aptitud para trabajar en equipo.
- Orientación hacia resultados y a dar soluciones
- en beneficio de los KPIs del Proyecto.
- Habilidades para comunicar y coordinar tareas.
- Conocimiento de técnicas de control de
- proyecto y programación.
- Conocimiento del método del valor ganado.
- Habilidades de planificación y organización.
