**Important responsibilities in this role will include**:

- Provision of reporting support to the onshore client analytics team
- Development of automated data collation and maintenance processes
- Handling MIS reporting for internal stakeholders and maintaining good rapport with external vendors
- Being responsible for deliverables and their timely completion
- Generating weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports on client activities
- Communicating with global stakeholders to get tasks completed
- Recognizing opportunities to improve the quality (accuracy, timeliness, and breadth) of data
- Operating across a diverse organization in order to ensure a complete understanding of management information requirements and themes
- Working with autonomy and attention to detail, which adds to the quality of the data sources provided by the team
- Collaborating with the team in regard to day-to-day manual collation of data and developing automated workflows and quality analytics in order to provide data to the onshore client analytics team
- Being able to challenge processes, delivery, and decisions wherever required, employing an appropriate level of knowledge and understanding to validate the challenge
- Overseeing the ownership of all process automation/new project requirements for the FP&A/Finance team

**Skills we’re looking for**:

- University graduates or any relevant technical degree with 0 to 2 years of experience with the ability to think outside of the box for quick solutions
- Good understanding of sell-side business (Research)
- Advanced skills with Excel, Qlikview, and Tableau, as well as experience working with large data sets
- Excellent communication skills (advanced English)
- Flexibility with work schedule, if required
