Responsable por gestionar ventas de una cartera de clientes asignada donde (no limitado a estas) se gestiona:
Armado y envío de cotizaciones
Acompañamiento de cotizaciones y recepción de Ordenes de compra
Procesamiento de ordenes de compra a través de nota de ventas (o proceso equivalente)
Acompañamiento del despacho junto al equipo de Operaciones
Confirmación de recepción de mercancías por parte de cliente

El vendedor de insumo trabajando en el proceso estandarizado, tiene que:
Hacer y registrar en SFDC llamados de seguimientos de compras durante el mes, buscando entregar nuestro target de receta y ordenes diarias
Fidelizar clientes, cerrando acuerdos de ventas a través de acuerdos o campañas
Hacer llamadas de WELCOME donde el cliente recibirá el primer contacto de postventa, conociendo la persona a cargo de las ventas recurrentes y planificando la frecuencia y cantidad de suministros buscando siempre mantener abastecido el cliente para no detener líneas de producción
Contactar clientes, no solamente buscando completar stock pero también cubriendo la base instalada con relacionamiento, haciendo el proceso de IB CONFIRM a través de los distintos contactos involucrados con codificación en una planta entre 90-180 días dependiendo de la segmentación del cliente (S,M,L,XL)
Identificar a través de contactos/llamados con clientes, aquellos que por algún tema han presentado molestias o insatisfacción, colocándolos en AT-RISK en nuestro CRM (SalesForce)
Mantener siempre actualizados contactos (nombre, teléfono, mail y cargo) de las personas involucradas con codificación en las cuentas en SalesForce
Implementar e eventualmente negociar incrementos de precios en nuestra base instalada de clientes, según necesidad
Utilizar y operar el trabajo bajo el CRM de la empresa (SalesForce), facilitando la interacción con otras áreas como AP y Services.
