We are excited to announce an excellent opportunity for an experienced BIM Coordinator (MEP) to join our team for an ongoing hospital construction project in Denmark. As a BIM Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless integration of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within the BIM environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- BIM Coordination: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to manage the coordination

process for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing elements in the BIM model.
- Clash Detection and Resolution: Identify clashes and conflicts within the BIM model and

work closely with various stakeholders to propose effective solutions.
- Model Maintenance: Regularly update and maintain the MEP components of the BIM model

to reflect any design changes or modifications.
- Quality Control: Ensure the accuracy and quality of the MEP information in the BIM model,

adhering to industry standards and project specifications.
- Communication: Facilitate clear communication between different teams and disciplines,

including architects, engineers, and construction professionals.
- BIM Standards: Implement and enforce BIM standards and best practices to promote

consistency and efficiency throughout the project.
- Training and Support: Provide guidance and support to team members on BIM-related tools

and processes.

Requisites:

- Experience: Proven experience as a BIM Coordinator with a focus on MEP systems within

complex construction projects. Previous involvement in hospital or healthcare facility

projects is highly advantageous.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- BIM Proficiency: Profound expertise in BIM software (e.g., Autodesk Revit, Navisworks)

and related tools for MEP coordination and clash detection.
- MEP Knowledge: Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems

and their integration within building structures.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

(excluding) and Italian ( preferably) to effectively interact with diverse project teams.

Proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable.
- Problem-solving: A proactive and analytical approach to identify and resolve clashes and

conflicts in the BIM model.
- Team Player: Demonstrated ability to collaborate within a team and adapt to evolving

project needs.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities to manage deadlines, prioritize tasks,

and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
