Descripción general / **Responsabilidades**:
Wood requiere contratar para su línea de servicio de Minerals & Metals, un(a) Especialista Senior en Planificación / Programación, quien será responsable de trabajos asociados a planificación y programación de los contratos que se le asignen, en permanente coordinación con el equipo Wood y el Cliente.

Entre sus principales funciones se incluyen:

- Responsable de la revisión y análisis de programas de los contratos asignados y sus actualizaciones.
- Responsable de la revisión y análisis de reportes de terceros y sus actualizaciones.
- Apoyar en la planificación y programación los contratos asignados, monitoreando posibles desviaciones e impactos en el cronograma y realizando análisis de proyecciones.
- Levantar alertas de posibles impactos en el programa los contratos asignados y sugerir acciones correctivas para recuperar cualquier retraso o potencial retraso.
- Trabajar en conjunto con el cliente y proveer soporte en la planificación y programación del proyecto.
- Preparar reportes ejecutivos y reportes detallados, tanto internos como para el cliente.
- Permanente control y análisis de avances, curvas, secuencias, ruta crítica y subcríticas.
- Preparar presentaciones para el cliente.
- Trabajar coordinadamente con contratistas para asegurar que sus actividades se desarrollen conforme a sus programas.
- Otros deberes según sean requeridos por el proyecto.

Habilidades / Cualificación:

- Título de Ingeniero o Técnico en disciplinas afines.
- Al menos 15 años de experiência en proyectos de ingeniería, construcción y puesta en marcha, en el área minera y/o industrial.
- Experiência de al menos 10 años específica en planificación y programación de proyectos en empresas de ingeniería y/o construcción, y como apoyo al dueño, idealmente en proyectos mineros
- Experiência de al menos 7 años en terreno.
- Experiência en desarrollo y mantenimiento de programas de ejecución de proyectos mineros.
- Experiência específica en contratos tipo EPC de infraestructura temporal y permanente
- Experiência específica en manejo de contratos de servicios para la construcción
- Manejo avanzado de Primavera, Microsoft Project, MS Office.
- Manejo de softwares para análisis probabilístico de programas (Primavera Risk Analysis)
- Manejo de Power BI (deseable)
- Inglés intermedio hablado y escrito (deseable)
- Permiso para trabajar en Chile
