**Job Duties**:
Position is a trusted advisor to the customer. Positions reporting directly to this role include: Autonomous Application Specialist, Project Engineer (if applicable), Autonomous On-Board Specialist, as well as support the customer’s Command Builder, Command Shift Lead, Command Pit Operator, Command Technician, and Command Controller.
Influence and drive Caterpillar Product Groups and internal partners to accelerate and deliver interim corrective and permanent corrective actions and support that mitigate the impact of product and production issues to customer. Influence various Caterpillar divisions to develop the correct new products and services to meet the mine’s current and future needs.
This position acts as a consultant to dealer and customer operations and maintenance managers as well as executive management advising best practices on the use of Command for Hauling. Position is responsible to contribute to Caterpillar’s “Zero Harm” safety metrics as well as site specific safety. Serves as the Responsible Person for all on site Caterpillar personnel and ensures safety of overall AHS system.
**Basic Qualifications**:
- College or university degree or equivalent experience.
- Preferred Mine Operations or Autonomy and Mining Technology and Machine Experience
- Previous field rep, mine operations, or Autonomous Run Team experience.
- Fully bilingual, Spanish and English.
- 5 - 9 years of progressively responsible job-related experience are typically required.

**Service Excellence**:Knowledge of customer service concepts and techniques; ability to meet or exceed customer needs and expectations and provide excellent service in a direct or indirect manner.
**Relationship Management**:Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.
**Field Support**:Knowledge of and experience with providing post-sales support; ability to support maintenance of hardware products.
- Broad company knowledge and understanding of dealer operations, and Autonomous Operations are necessary to succeed in this role.
- Portuguese is a plus.
