The **Head of Talent Acquisition** is responsible for co-developing and implementing innovative and effective talent acquisition activations in the country.
- Lead an expertise, lead a team, lead a change, to develop our employer branding and recruitment strategies, identifying the best potential in the market, this is what we propose to you - a leadership challenge:
- **Identifies** and attracts the best talent**s** for the organization though multiple sourcing strategies in adherence with values and competencies.
- **Partners with HRBPs** and Hiring Managers to understand and assess immediate and mid-term resourcing needs for the organization (attitudes, skills, selection criteria, potential, diversity and ethics )
- Acts as proactive and **data driven advisor **and consistently recommends ideas and effective approaches social resourcing & TA analytics
- Develop L’Oréal's **employer branding **(EVP) by defining campaigns and targeting partners in order to attract the best talents
- Leverage partnerships with higher education institutions and animate our Early Careers programs for **youth employability**
- **Develops and upskill **junior members of the recruiting team
**REQUIRMENTS FOR THIS OPPORTUNITY**
**Proven results orientation of **7**-1**2** years of working experience, **conveying enthusiasm, and inspiring a “can-do” approach, as shown by:
- Talent Acquisition experiences characterized by the achievement of significant talent quality and initiatives that generate diversity
- Developing an effective working relationship with the HR and the Business team, including joint development and execution of talent attraction.
**Competency in leading a team with generosity** in an international environment, as shown by:
- Demonstrated ability to work within a global organization, interfacing both local and international executives and leading culturally diverse teams
- Great people development and motivation skills highlighted by the ability to coach and develop reports in a multicultural environment. Spanish and English are a must.
**C**andidate**-orientation, sustainability mindset and digital savviness **as shown by:
- Demonstrated ability to shape/articulate a sound and successful Talent Acquisition strategy with regards to competitive markets and ability to utilize market intelligence knowledge to drive insight
- Strong entrepreneurial personality having a bold drive in the development of sourcing opportunities on the long-term as well as being prepared to take bet on potential
- Master local landscape and build our objectives for Youth and Early Careers program animation
- Develop pipeline for the future, mapping key positions and key capabilities
**Capability in managing stakeholders**, mediating and persuading, as shown by:
- Success in gaining commitment and agreement of peers within the HR MANCOM and the TA LATAM MANCOM, and international partners to agreed plans and projects
- Ability to communicate well at all levels and to empower the organization constructively and collaboratively
