**Responsibilities**:
- Assesses creation and signoff of Project plan, benefits management plan, stakeholder management plan, acceptance plan, and central Project issue log.
- Ensures all stakeholders are identified and included in scope definition activities and understand the project schedule and key milestones.
- Works with Program Sponsor to ensure business case/cost benefit analysis is in line with business objectives.
- Ensures all areas of the Project are appropriately staffed. Monitor Project commitment from those assigning resources.
- Facilitate PI Planning readiness by fostering a Continuous Exploration process which drives the synthesis of a Vision, a Roadmap, and Backlogs, and through Pre
- and Post-PI Planning events
- Primary owner/leader owning the Business Critical milestone of the project
- Leads planning, directing and coordination of day-to-day activities of running a Project or portfolio of Project
- Provides clear objectives of the work coordinated across value streams for the PI Planning Increment - Drives Team calls, helps to document and escalate risks and issues to proper channels.
- Assist tracking the execution of features and capabilities
- Responsible for Project creation, maintenance and closure in Citi's Project tracking Tool, as well as SDLC & Milestones
- Responsible for Project Financials tracking and risk escalation
- Creates the risk management plan. Escalates Project risks to the Program Director, or Program Sponsor, when appropriate.
- Evaluates subordinates' performance and makes recommendations for pay increases, promotions, terminations, and other personnel action
**Qualifications**:
- 6-10 years experience in a related technology role with commensurate people management experience
**Education**:
- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially Masters degree

- Desirable experience using PTS, Demand Management, JIRA
- 100% proficiency in written and verbal communications in English is a must
