**Main Responsibilities**:

- **Front-End Development**: Implement engaging and user-friendly interfaces using React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, ensuring a responsive and intuitive user experience.
- **Back-End Development**: Develop efficient back-end systems using Node.js and Express.js, handling database interactions, user authentication, and real-time data processing.
- **Security Best Practices**: Implement security protocols to protect sensitive marine data and user information, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the product management, design, and other development teams to understand project requirements, participate in code reviews, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.
- **Troubleshooting & Bug Fixing**: Identify, diagnose, and fix bugs and issues in both front-end and back-end code, ensuring mínimal downtime and disruption.
- **Documentation & Version Control**: Write and maintain technical documentation for development processes, codebases, and APIs. Utilize Git for version control to manage and track changes in code.
- **Innovation & Continuous Improvement**: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies. Proactively suggest improvements and new features to enhance the software solutions offered by Albatross Marine Inc.

**Mandatory Requirements**:

- Proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js (MERN stack)
- Experience in developing and consuming RESTful APIs
- Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical concepts clearly
- Experience with version control systems like Git
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience in the maritime industry or with marine software solutions is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
