- What you will be doing._
- Serve as primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients using Clarivate’s Publishing Services offerings.
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key stakeholders for the customer.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Measure and proactively respond to key account metrics.
- Understand the Clarivate’s Publishing Services offerings and wider industry/market inside and out.
- Deliver exceptional service on a day-to-day basis.
- Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Support, Product, Technology, and Finance teams.
- What you need._
- Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or 3 plus years of equivalent work experience.
- Proven account management or other relevant experience.
- Background and knowledge of academic publishing.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence effectively at all levels of an organization.
- Experience in delivering solutions based on customer needs.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment.
- Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability and maturity.
