Posting description: Join us as a Chile Operations Manager and make a lasting impact on the smooth running of projects and key business initiatives. As the Chile Operations Manager, you will lead a team supporting multiple lines of business to ensure business efficiency and outstanding adherence to local regulations. Your excellent communication and collaboration skills, flexibility, and product knowledge will help push the business forward.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, or a similar qualification
- Extensive working experience (minimum 8 years) in financial services
- Knowledge of regulations related to operational, technological and outsourcing topics
- Experience in driving change and innovation to improve business processes
- Understanding of business operating models
- Proven ability to define and deliver on firm-wide objectives
- Strong risk and control mindset

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

- Master's Degree or other higher qualification
- Ability to build an innovative culture
- Strong risk and control mindset.
