As Growth and Strategy Manager you will lead the definition, execution, and monitoring of the OLX Autos financing branch, complying with the company vision and maximizing our customer-based approach. While reporting to LATAM head of financing, you would have the chance to create strategies to gain leadership in markets
**You Will**:
- Plan business middle and long-term strategy while creating the business roadmap
- Lead and ensure sustainable business growth
- Manage and analyze business Indicators for accurate goals deninition and efficient budgeting
- Guide and coach business leadership roles to maximize team performance
- Lead strategies and products to enhance our value purpose and offer unique resolutions for problems in the sector.
**You Have**:
- Bachelor's Degree in finance, business administration or related fields
- MBA title
- At least 7 years of leadership experience in business strategy, growth, investment banking in start up or companies with accelerated growth
- Advanced English as you would be interacting with regional and global leadership teams.
