Talentos del Turismo está en busca de personas que destaquen por su orientación al servicio para asumir el cargo de Guest Experience Officer para Explora Lodge San Pedro de Atacama, II región. Su función principal será la de ser un/a compañero/a de viaje dentro de las instalaciones del Hotel, guiando la experiência del viajero, cuidando sus necesidades y requerimientos durante toda su estadía, promoviendo y realizando funciones multitasking, permitiendo también comprender la operación global dentro de la hotelería. Algunas de sus funciones específicas serán: - Conocer e interactuar con el viajero desde el pre travel. - Recibir y dar la bienvenida al viajero en su llegada al destino, incluyendo el check in y, despedirlo en su partida realizando un check out oportuno y cordial. - Atender y solucionar los requerimientos del viajero, coordinando con las áreas que corresponda. - Ser su compañero/a de viaje durante toda la estadía. - Trabajar en conjunto con el equipo de Exploraciones transmitiendo las necesidades del viajero. - Atender al viajero en comedor, bar, recepción, tienda y spa, dependiendo de la necesidad. - Realizar las reservas y coordinar los tratamientos de spa. - Ejecutar el servicio de ventas en tienda cuando sea necesario. - Realizar el montaje del comedor para cada uno de los servicios. - Verificar, ordenar y limpiar los recursos del servicio de cada área. - Verificar que los elementos del servicio estén disponibles y en el lugar indicado antes de cada servicio. Rol/horario: turnos rotativos, 6x1 (6 días de trabajo, 1 día de descanso). Vacantes dirigidas a residentes de Chile. Si eres extranjero/a debes tener RUT chileno vigente.

**Requisitos**:

- Estudios de Hotelería, Turismo o carreras afines.
- Experiência en atención al cliente en hotelería y/o turismo.
- Inglés avanzado (excluyente).
- Deseable es el conocimientos de Opera y SAP.
- Tener disponibilidad para trabajar tanto en recepción, comedor y bar.
- Residir en Chile y tener disponibilidad para radicar en San Pedro durante todo el periodo de trabajo.
