Nacora Claim Specialist

** Your Role**: Registration, collection and administration of claims procedures for Argentina, Uruguay, Chile and Bolivia. Assessment of liability, cargo, property and other lines of business, payment monitoring, liaison with insurers and recovery action if necessary.
** Your Responsibilities**:

- Be responsible for the management of general, operational, financial and administrative claims: Analysis, evaluation and management of all claims, of all products contracted by Nacora Cluster SE SW clients.
- Receive information, assets, process with insurance companies, follow up and communicate with Nacora clients, all types of claims in which a third party client of Nacora is involved and notify Nacora, effectively carrying out the claim process, information management and customer service.
- Relationship, controlling all claims data in compliance with the national legislation of all countries involved (Argentina, Uruguay, Chile and Bolivia) under its responsibility, being able to provide the status of claims at any time with the responsibility also of building and implementing loss prevention and control programs for clients from Nacora.
- Initiate and pursue third party recovery as agreed locally
- Report incidents to national and regional management on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Maintain and develop the database for the management of freight forwarders' civil liability and marine cargo insurance claims, incl. an effective electronic filing system.
- Coordination of workload to ensure that all claims are handled and processed in accordance with the operational procedures of the claims handling unit.
- Provide daily support to staff to clients, taking care of the relationship.
- Contribute to increased cargo insurance sales due to incident reporting/branch training
- Provide consulting service for clients on claims matters in the logistics sector
- Develop a consulting service offer in contract analysis, support in claims and recoveries for client

**Your Skills and Experiences**:

- Bachelor's degree in Law, Administration or similar fields
- Experience with Transport Insurance (Maritime, Air, and Land)
- Experience in brokerage firms or insurance companies
- Advanced English
