**What will you be doing?**- Evolve our marketing automation practices, including driving key disciplines within our marketing tech stack, attribution, segmentation, lead scoring, and program execution-
- Ensure all programs Marketing Ops are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.-
- Influence design and implementation of program builds to improve lead quality and conversion rates.-
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment on lead management processes and handoffs.-
- Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Analytics, Operations, and Product teams to continually improve marketing effectiveness, process scalability, and lead-to-closed won optimization-
- Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance marketing operations processes.-
- Maintain and improve best practices for data management and hygiene across our external facing platforms**What skills & experience do you need?**Experience**: 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing with a focus on marketing automation systems / CRM management-
**Stack Familiarity**: You have primary experience using and/or implementing Hubspot or Marketo and working with Salesforce, Outreach LeanData and/or ChiliPiper and project management systems (Asana, Jira, etc)-
**Project Management**:Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and records. Ensure accurate and timely enablement to stakeholders, providing insights into project status and performance.-
