**Acerca del puesto**:
Controlar y monitorear el proceso de producción de las plantas de descascarado, coordinando con las áreas involucradas en este proceso. Apoyar al campo en los procesos de gestión y reportes necesarios para el área de producción. Apoyar en la gestión técnico-productiva las plantas industriales durante la temporada regular de operación y períodos de mantenimiento programado.
Apoyar a los Coordinadores de Planta en la definición del "papel" de la (s) Planta (s) dentro de la huella industrial del Grupo a través de la preparación, calibración e implementación del Plan Maestro de Planta.
Supervisar y promover las iniciativas de mejora continua, actuando como "agente de cambio" para desarrollar el sistema de producción local a medio plazo.
Coordinar y armonizar los proyectos interfuncionales de la planta (por ejemplo, proyectos locales), actuando como facilitador del proceso para vincular al equipo de la planta con las funciones centrales.

**Principales responsabilidades**:

- Definición de plan maestro de planta.
- Supervisión y promoción de las iniciativas FOX de mejora continua del sistema de producción.
- Soporte en gestión y análisis de información técnico-productiva.
- Coordinar y armonizar los proyectos interfuncionales de la planta

**A quién estamos buscando**:
**Perfil**:

- Ingeniero Industrial, Mecánico.
- Conocimientos de SAP ECC (deseables) u otro ERP o sistema de gestión excluyente.
- Conocimientos de herramientas de planificación y control.
- Uso de Office 365 con énfasis en Excel y Power Point.
- Inglés básico-intermedio.
- Conocimiento de funcionamiento de packing o procesos agroindustriales.
- Conocimientos de herramientas de negociación y trabajo en equipo.
- Deseable Conocimiento de Power BI.

Experiência:

- Trabajo en empresa de grupo agro industriales.
- Deseable experiência en gestión agro productiva.
- Deseable experiência en compañías multinacionales.
- Experiência trabajando en equipos multidisciplinarios.
