The Inside Sales Support plays a fundamental role by providing assistance and administrative support to the internal sales team. Its main responsibility lies in ensuring effective coordination and diligent monitoring of the sales processes while providing comprehensive support to the sales representatives in their daily activities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordination and management of the sales cycle:
- Assisting in the preparation and follow-up of quotations and proposals for clients.
- Updating and maintaining an up-to-date database of clients and prospects.
- Monitoring the progress of sales opportunities and ensuring adherence to deadlines and deliveries.
2. Customer care and query resolution:
- Providing courteous and professional customer service by answering questions and attending to their requirements.
- Facilitating smooth communication between clients and sales representatives.
- Addressing issues or appropriately directing them to the relevant personnel for prompt resolution.
3. Execution of administrative tasks:
- Handling documentation and recording sales and orders with accuracy and diligence.
- Generating and maintaining sales reports and analyses for senior management.
- Managing follow-up tasks such as timely sending of samples, catalogs, or other relevant information.
4. Support in marketing and promotional activities:
- Actively collaborating in organizing events or marketing campaigns aimed at boosting sales.
- Contributing to the distribution of marketing materials to clients and prospects.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum completed secondary education. Technical or university education in commercial or related fields will be highly valued.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service positions will be highly appreciated.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team and adapt efficiently to a dynamic environment.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
The role of Inside Sales Support plays a pivotal function in the success of the internal sales team as it streamlines sales processes and ensures quality customer care.
