**A Snapshot of Your Day**

Our Transformation of Industry division is decarbonizing the industrial sector. Increasing electrification and efficiency are key and demand for green H2 and derivative fuels will rise. We enable decarbonization of the industrial sector and the transition to sustainable processes, building on a strong industrial customer base, a global network, diverse technologies, and integrated execution capabilities.

**How You’ll Make an Impact**
- Lead the entire sales process from lead generation to deal close phase with the assigned territory.
- Support the growth strategy in the assigned territory.
- Ensure order entry targets are achieved with expected EBIT and cash flow.
- Collection, processing and reporting on Customer and competitive intelligence, including special project assignments.
- Accompanying sales professionals and management throughout Sales planning, steering, and controlling process based on our defined market planning and reporting systems.
- Driving the input and the data accuracy on SFDC tool
- Abide by all business compliance requirements in line with Company policies.
- You will position Siemens Energy as the best service provider in the market.
- As a front face for Siemens Energy, you will develop strong relationships with clients, identify business opportunities, enhance market transparency and increase customer satisfaction.
- You will implement sales strategies defined by the management, have a self-motivated drive to enhance customer satisfaction and to reach the sales targets.
- As the account manager for several customers, you will understand decision makers at all levels of the customers’ organization.
- You will manage sales activities with customers, various Siemens Energy factories (Product Competence Centers), regional hub and local project management, logistics and supply chain teams.
- You will support digital solutions applicable to rotating equipment.
- In all your dealings you will work in line with the Company’s compliance and business conduct policies

**What You Bring**
- You have 8 or more years of relevant sales experience in the energy sector, preferably servicing rotating equipment in the oil & gas, power generation and industrial market.
- You have an engineering degree.
- You can understand customer requirements and can communicate these effectively within Siemens Energy organization.
- You have good communication and negotiation skills with the ability to manage internal and external stake holders positively.
- You have sharp analytical skills to review cost estimates and have positive discussions with commercial and proposal teams. Profit and Loss knowledge is a plus.
- You are a strategic thinker and an expert in value-add selling.
- You have excellent time management skills and are an out of the box thinker with a creative approach to problem solving.
- You have excellent collaboration skills and are open to work with people from different cultural backgrounds and have demonstrated ability to work as a team player.
- You are resilient and respond with a positive attitude when under pressure.
- Medium to high level of English required.
