If your answer is yes, then we would like to talk with you about joining the Experience Design team as a UX Researcher III (Senior). We are looking for a seasoned UX Researcher to partner with the User Experience team as they design and deliver engaging products, solutions and outstanding service to our global customers

As UX Researcher you would be responsible for researching new and enhanced functionality for the world’s leading staffing company. The role requires experience and expertise in various research methods including moderated usability tests, remote usability tests, customer surveys and usage data collection across multiple platforms (web, mobile, tablet and desktop.) It is our job to advocate for the users and create strategies that will drive key product decisions. You and your team would partner regularly with Marketing, Information Technology, Corporate Communications and Business Technology to provide research and analysis that helps ensure the success of our business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Program Management
- Lead research studies to facilitate the requests of clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate with other members of UX Team to clarify objectives
- Organize and lead workshops or training on the different research methodologies.
- Strategize efforts to build the customer research panel
- Research Strategy
- Drive innovation of new and unique ways to approach research.
- Develop and maintain ongoing research strategy and roadmap
- Maintain research library for easy reference of past findings
- Communicate strategies to related stakeholders and teams.
- Recruitment
- Create and execute recruiting programs
- Manage recruiting or research vendors
- Work with business partners and employees to gather internal test participants
- Test Script
- Author test scripts and surveys to ensure objective data collection
- Moderation
- Conduct research and act as moderator when appropriate
- Execute usability research with users on desktop, web, mobile and tablet
- Analysis and Presentation
- Synthesize feedback and data to generate insights and provide clear and concise recommendations.
- Share findings to individuals, teams and executives by creating impactful presentations

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ year of experience in User Experience Research
- BA in research field, or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of a variety of quantitative and qualitative user research methodologies including remote studies, competitive benchmarking, diary studies, heuristic evaluations, survey research, etc.
- Experience with remote usability tools
- Experience with mobile testing methods
- Demonstrated time management skills.
- Ability to interact and communicate with customers of varying levels of expertise.
- Strong interpersonal skills that will enable this position to work well with key stakeholders
- Understanding of UX lifecycle including architecture, design, research and implementation is a plus

The typical pay rate for this position is $44.71/hour to $65.38/hour. The rate is negotiable depending upon experience and location.
