**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Answer incoming calls promptly and with a positive, helpful attitude
- Accurately capture caller information and messages, ensuring timely delivery
- Address basic client questions according to established guidelines
- Schedule appointments and/or transfer calls
- Collaborate with team members to ensure exceptional service standards are consistently met

**Required Skills**:

- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with mínimal supervision
- Computer proficiency and typing skill
- Availability to work during US business hours

**Experience**
- 1+ years of customer service or receptionist experience (previous remote work experience is a plus).

**Preferred Experience**:

- Prior customer service experience, particularly in a phone-based role
- Familiarity with CRM software or appointment scheduling tools

**Required Equipment**:

- Computer with the ability to run Chrome or our phone software’s desktop app
- Strong, reliable WiFi
- Headset with microphone
- Quiet and distraction-free workspace

Pay: $500,000 - $800,000 per month
