**About the Position**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement and maintain software quality assurance standards and procedures.
- Monitor software development processes and identify areas of improvement.
- Establish and document test plans, test cases and test results.
- Analyze system requirements and design specifications.
- Identify and document software defects.
- Provide feedback to software developers on defects and errors.
- Monitor software performance and system reliability.
- Prepare and maintain software quality assurance reports.
- Facilitate/assist in the identification of root causes and associated corrective actions, evaluate process/product performance (via internal audit), support continuous improvement efforts, and participate/interface with the engineering and customers
- Provide QA support for program peer reviews, audits, regression testing, & integration

**Basic Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance preferably with NetSuite or other large ERPs.
- Extensive knowledge of software development lifecycle and quality assurance processes.
- Experienced in developing and executing automated and manual test scripts.
- Familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma (LSS) principles
- Proficient in defect tracking and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Root Cause Analysis methodologies and development of Corrective Action Plan.
- Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
