LXT is an emerging leader in AI training data to power intelligent technology for global organizations. In partnership with an international network of contributors, LXT collects and annotates data across multiple modalities with the speed, scale and agility required by the enterprise.

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Speech Rating Evaluator. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating short audio samples to access their naturalness and fluency.

**Responsibilities**:

- Listen to brief audio clips, typically a couple of seconds in duration.
- Evaluate the naturalness and overall quality of the speech in each audio sample.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in rating audio samples according to established guidelines.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in English and target language.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain focus while evaluating audio samples.
- Reliable internet connection and access to a quiet workspace.
