- **The Unified Communication as a Service (UcaaS) Power BI Analyst will be responsible for building and maintaining a repository of requirements documentation to support future initiatives, following the enterprise standards. This position will be required to create, modifying, and maintain Voice and Conferencing Modernization (VCM) Voice Power BI Dashboards. This position will work closely with the VCM Architecture team to review, test, package, and commit configuration for public release.**:

- ** Compiles and analyzes data, creates reports, and provides information regarding function-specific policies and procedures for applied use of management, and tracking and control of processes, projects, and activities.**:

- ** Responsible for Voice reporting and analytics for a global organization**:

- ** Perform and document data analysis, data validation, data mapping/design, and produce reporting iterations to deliver guided business analysis.**:

- ** Scope and Design Service Operations Dashboards**:

- ** Maintain our data dictionary and calculated metrics across our reporting portfolio**:

- ** A continuous learner who researches, recommends, and leverages new features of the Power BI platform**:

- ** Leverage the Power platform to automate data integration and ingestion into our data architecture.**:

- ** This Project will require an understanding of ITIL processes, Power BI, Data Analytics, Excel, and database management. The UcaaS Power BI Analyst is expected to have an understanding of database analytics, content management & documentation, requirements gathering, and automation utilizing Power BI.**

- ** Work in a team environment, planning and delivering reporting in an Agile/Sprint development environment Create & Validate Knowledge Base Articles**:

**Skills Required**:

- **3+ years of reporting and data analysis experience with Power BI.**:

- ** 3+ years of strong experience in managing Data Warehousing and Power BI Projects**:

- ** Experience in developing reporting and reusable datasets on a Power BI Premium tenant
