**Position Summary**
**Responsibilities**
The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist is principally responsible for:
- Conducting initial phone screens to assess interest level, career goals, qualifications, work history, salary requirements, and culture fit, and to provide information about the organization and position.
- Researching and implementing new and innovative sourcing tools, technologies and methods.
- Gathering and maintaining market research on industries, skill sets and competitors to strategically advise recruiters and hiring managers on the talent market landscape.
**Qualifications and Skills**
**Basic Qualifications**
The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist shall be knowledgeable and/or experienced in:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, Organizational Development or a related field, AND 5 years of related professional experience; OR 9 years of related professional experience in lieu of degree.
**Additional Qualifications**
- Ability to prioritize & meet multiple individual and team deadlines in a fast paced, changing, dynamic work environment.
- Knowledge and experience with a variety of different sourcing tools and techniques.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively for solutions.
- Excellent networking, relationship management, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work with mínimal direction, often with tight deadlines.
- Prior experience working with SuccessFactors (preferred).
- Prior experience working in a RPO or recruiting agency environment (preferred).
- Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR), Advanced Certified Internet Recruiter (ACIR), Certified Social Sourcing Recruiter (CSSR), LinkedIn Certified Professional Recruiter or other related professional certifications (preferred).
