- Has handled and created coding standards, system monitoring, scalability, checks and

balances, data loading strategies, code reviews, and data model governance
- Citizen Development setup
- Has led technical teams in the past and held them accountable to due dates and cadence
- Coached others and trained other senior technical staff
- UI experience with New Rocket UI is a big plus
