**Su puesto**:

- El gerente de proyecto lidera y dirige al equipo responsable de lograr los objetivos del área de proyectos, en tiempo y forma, orientados al cliente para cumplir con los objetivos y las expectativas de las partes interesadas, creando valor y satisfacción para el cliente.
- El equipo consiste en tres customer project manager, un trainee y un intern. Internamente nuestros principales skateholders son el equipo comercial, servicio y aplicaciones. Externamente los proveedores de servicios de obras, artículos médicos y especialidades de resonancia. El cliente es nuestro foco principal.
- Tener disponibilidad para un 30% para viajes, este puede variar. Ubicación en Santiago, trabajo en oficina y terreno.
- Ha adquirido mínimo 3 años de experiência, ideal 5+ años para liderar de forma directa un equipo de 5 personas.
- Sus habilidades incluyen experiência en gestión de proyectos, deseable experiência dentro del sector de Healthcare.
- Tienes un título universitario de ingeniero biomédico, civil o arquitecto. Certificación PMI PMP o especialización (OTF, RMP, Agile, etc.)
- Tienes disponibilidad de viajes, excelentes habilidades de comunicación, habilidad de liderazgo de equipos, gestión de relación y satisfacción con el cliente, gestión de negocios y finanzas. Imprescindible habilidad para trabajo en equipo y colaboración con los stakeholders internos y externos.
