TOMRA Food is a member of the TOMRA Group founded in 1972 that began with the design, manufacture, and sale of reverse vending machines (RVMs) for automated collection of used beverage containers. Today TOMRA provides technology-led solutions that enable the circular economy with advanced collection and sorting systems that optimize resource recovery and minimize waste in the food, recycling, and mining industries. This person will be operating in the Business Area TOMRA Fresh within TOMRA Food.

**Responsabilidades**:
**Atracción**:

- Emplear métodos creativos para atraer a los mejores talentos, tanto a nível sistémico como de marketing.
- Crear una visión a más largo plazo de nuestro embudo de contratación, asegurándonos de que estamos pensando a más largo plazo en la creación de una cartera de talentos para los puestos que se contratan con frecuencia.

**Reclutamiento**:

- Asistir a reuniones informativas para comprender los requisitos del rol
- Coordinar y programar entrevistas para gerentes de contratación.
- Realizar verificaciones de antecedentes y referencias
- Asegurar que el ATS se mantenga actualizado

**Organización**:

- Observar y cumplir con las políticas, procedimientos y sistemas de gestión de calidad
- Observar y cumplir con nuestro código de conducta
- Apoyar positiva y activamente la comunicación efectiva, alentar y proporcionar retroalimentación constructiva
- Apoyar la visión, los valores y la cultura organizativos generales
- Ayudar a otros con la selección de enfoques, métodos y/o servicios según sea necesario
- Cualquier otro deber razonable según se requiera
- Completar las tareas administrativas de manera precisa y oportuna

**Qualifications**

**Candidatos con educación se adaptan al puesto**
- Seguimiento/Educación Profesional Superior
- Educación universitaria (Licenciatura)

**Especialización Educativa**
- Orientado a recursos humanos

**Habilidades lingüísticas**
- Español - Avanzado (C1) e Inglés - Avanzado (C1)

**Otros conocimientos**
- MS Office - Avanzado

**Número de años de experiência**
- 1+

**Requisitos de personalidad y habilidades.**
- Fantástico comunicador tanto escrito como oral.
- Fluidez en inglés, cualquier otro idioma es una ventaja
- Creativo, solucionador de problemas, puede hacer actitud
- Excelentes habilidades de gestión de clientes
- Sensibilidad cultural, con pasión por DEI e inteligencia emocional
- Habilidad para manejar demandas contrapuestas y prioridades conflictivas
- Preciso, oportuno y confiable
- Experiência trabajando con respeto en un entorno de oficina de planta abierta
- Comodidad al visitar los entornos de fabricación y empacadora, si es necesario
