**Descripción del trabajo**:
Buscamos versatilidad para unirse a nuestro equipo. En este rol clave, serás responsable de diseñar y crear experiências de usuario atractivas e intuitivas, de las versiones web y mobile de NeuralWorks. Esto incluye la creación de wireframes, user flows, prototipos y diseños visuales. Buscamos a alguien proactivo y orientado al detalle, por lo que este puesto es ideal para un diseñador que combine la creatividad con la practicidad. Además participarás en otras materias, como definiciones de branding, creación de piezas de marketing y serás referente para todo lo que tenga que ver con diseño y experiência.

Para ello, tu trabajo consistirá en:

- Crear vistas de producto atractivas, con sentido de marca y de alta fidelidad.
- Crear experiências digitales distintivas y de marca que son deseables y coherentes en múltiples plataformas, dispositivos y canales.
- Desarrollar nuevos conceptos de producto, guiones gráficos, diseños detallados de interacción y flujos de pantalla, y prototipos para articular claramente soluciones.
- Crear diseños visuales convincentes que se ajusten a los estándares de marca de la empresa y del producto trabajando.
- Colaborar activamente como parte de un equipo ágil para garantizar que los diseños sean viables y se implementen con precisión.
- Planificar, realizar y sintetizar ideas en prototipos y llevarlas a cabo.
- Crear soluciones de diseño de interacción para aplicaciones de escritorio, web y móviles.
- Defender soluciones de diseño centradas en el usuario.
- Crear piezas de marketing.
- Apoyo en decisiones de branding.
- Ser el punto de referencia en NeuralWorks para todo lo que sea diseño y experiência.

**Calificaciones clave**:

- Grado universitario en Diseño Integral, Diseño Gráfico o similar.
- Experiência entre 1 a 2 años.
- Experiência utilizando Figma o herramientas similares.
- Experiência utilizando herramientas de diseño tales como Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator), Sketch, etc.
- Creatividad, habilidades analíticas, de diseño y resolución de problemas.
- Sentido de responsabilidad e integridad, manifestado a través de comunicación clara y colaboración.
- Buen manejo de inglés, sobre todo en lectura donde debes ser capaz de leer un paper, artículos o documentación de forma constante.

**Nice to have**:

- Experiência en proyectos de desarrollo de software.
- Experiência en empresas tecnológicas y trato con clientes de gran tamaño.
- Experiência en proyectos de investigación de experiência de usuario.
- Experiência en desarrollo web.
- Curiosidad o experiência práctica con herramientas de Generative AI en aplicaciones gráficas o de video.
