**The Work You’ll Do**:

- Monitor and Manage cash balances for each of the domestic and international bank accounts for company and its subsidiaries
- Approve and Initiate all monetary disbursements for the company and its subsidiaries including cryptocurrency activities, utilizing detailed knowledge of all international banking rules and regulations for countries in which business is conducted
- Manage supplier records with an emphasis on the identification of payment type, currency restrictions, tax classifications, and required tax documents
- Manage the set up of bank accounts. bank routing rules and ongoing bank account maintenance in the accounting system
- Determine structure of new bank accounts and maintain banking infrastructure
- Work closely with banking institutions to mitigate fraud risk, settle discrepancies and assist with banking integrations
- Perform Bank Fees analysis to optimize interest and reduce fees.
- Acting as the main contact point for banking partners for all international payment investigations, queries and sanctions compliance.
- Responding to trade queries and settlement issues by communicating with bank counterparties and settlements department.
- Analysis and execution of foreign exchange trading and money market activity
- Liaising with relevant staff across all locations in the Secretariat to ensue bank mandates are maintained and kept up to date.
- Ensure compliance with all banking regulatory requirements.

**What We Need From You**:

- Bachelor’s or in Accounting or Economics
- English & Spanish skills (written, reading and speaking)
- Treasury experience, with some public accounting experience preferred.
- Proficient in Excel - ability to create large workbooks, build formulas and pivot tables.
- Strong analytical, technical, written and communication skills. Detail oriented.
